At The Henna Realm, we pour our heart (and a little henna magic) into every order. While we’re sure you’ll love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our refund and exchange policy.

 

No Returns or Refunds on Fresh Henna Products

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh henna cones, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for these items.

 

Exchanges & Returns

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange (excluding fresh henna products), the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Sale Items

All sale items are final and do not qualify for exchanges, returns, or refunds.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account. Refunds may take a few days to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing time.
